So, yeah… my car showed up clean and looked just like it did in the photos. No dents, no weird surprises or anything, which was what I was most worried about. The driver was careful getting it unloaded too. Overall, I’m really happy with the condition it arrived in

Booking was easy overall, but I’m not sure it was as smooth as I expected. The form itself was simple enough, and I was able to get through it without needing to call anyone, which was nice. I did hesitate a bit on a few parts though, especially around what actually happens after you submit everything. I ended up double-checking some details before finishing just to be safe. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it could definitely be a little clearer and quicker

I had to wait a few days to get a reply from support, and I ended up following up more than once just to keep things moving. Compared to other places I’ve dealt with, the response time felt slow and a bit frustrating.

The claim wasn’t instant or anything, I kind of expected a little back and forth anyway, but overall it went smoothly. I had to wait a bit, checked in once, got distracted with other stuff, and then it was handled. So yeah, not the fastest experience ever, but it was fine in the end.

"Pickup showed up right on time"
I booked with America Auto Direct, and based on this experience, they seem good about sticking to the schedule. The pickup driver got there right when they said he would, so I didn’t have to sit around waiting all day. He texted me before he came and had the car loaded up quickly. Overall, I was happy with how it went.

"Updates were spotty and the attitude didn’t help"
The carrier ended up being kind of late, and the driver updates were really hit or miss. I had to keep checking in, and when I did get a response, it felt like I was being talked down to instead of just getting a clear answer. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

"Good experience with enclosed transport"
I used americaautodirect.com for enclosed transport and overall it was a solid experience. My biggest concern was the car arriving clean and undamaged, and thankfully it showed up just like that. Pickup ran a little later than what I was first told, but support did keep me in the loop and basically said, “we’re checking with the driver and will update you as soon as we have the timing,” which I appreciated. The driver was friendly and took his time unloading, so I felt like the car was being handled carefully. I’d use them again.

"Payment was a mess"
I tried to pay twice and the page kept glitching out on me. Then I checked my card and there was already a pending charge sitting there, which did not make me feel great. Support took forever to get back to me, and when they did it felt like the usual polished company script instead of someone actually helping. I’m not using them again.

"Got the job done, but felt a little uneasy"
The car was picked up and dropped off without any real problems, so I’m thankful for that. But the driver came across a bit short on the phone, which made the whole thing feel a little uncomfortable. He also didn’t give much notice before showing up, so I felt kind of rushed. He did what he was supposed to do, but the experience just didn’t feel very professional or reassuring.

Booking was simple, so I expected the rest of the process to move along just as smoothly. Unfortunately, dispatch took longer than I thought it would. "Damage claim basically went nowhere"
My car showed up with damage, and trying to get it handled was such a headache lol. I kept getting passed from person to person, replies were super slow, and I never really got a clear answer. After a few weeks of going in circles, I just gave up. I wouldn’t use them again.

They took good care of my car and handled it carefully the whole way. It showed up on time with no scratches or damage, which made the process a lot less stressful for me.
